-Service: refers to the service provided by PTIIP as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

-You: a person or entity that accesses PTIIP to use the Services and make purchases.
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your patronage for PTIIP. We are extremely appreciative of the fact that you like our curations. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our items.
As with any transaction experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PTIIP. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at PTIIP, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the item you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we will not be able to issue a refund for your item. Please contact us immediately and we will work to a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case basis.
Refunds
We at PTIIP pride ourselves in serving our customers with the best products. Every single item that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our curations.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the item(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that PTIIP is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
-We DO NOT allow returns on sold products – online or in retail outlets.
-We DO NOT offer refunds on products already shipped.
-We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
-Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in retail store.
-We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
-We DO NOT allow exchanges.
-If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-4 business days to process before dispatch.
-Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
-If you face any issues, please contact us immediately and we will work to a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case basis.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, PTIIP may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re making them as fast as we can. PTIIP reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when PTIIP confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, PTIIP will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Failure to Deliver
If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days, it could mean either your order is delayed or lost. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for such events. Please contact us and we will do our best to offer our support.
Orders made with an incorrect delivery address cannot be corrected or refunded by us once we have shipped it. Please review your information carefully before placing an order.
Damaged Items
All orders are pre-inspected and the condition recorded on file before packaging and shipping out to ensure you receive your items in the best condition possible.
Crystals are products of nature and as such each piece is unique and may have imperfections. Our product photos may vary slightly in colour and shape compared to the physical product in your hand.
We cannot guarantee that items won’t be damaged during transit. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for such events.
We ask that you record an unboxing/unpackaging video as a record of proof and evidence of the physical condition of your order.
Should you find your order damaged please contact us and we will do our best to offer our support.
Without your video of unboxing/unpackaging we will be unable to assist you in any way.
Shipping
We do not process refunds for orders already shipped. Please enter the correct address and contact information before placing an order.
